Biography Sonya Jensen is an architect with experience in heritage conservation, cultural facility design and museological collection storage and exhibition. Ms. Jensen prioritizes stakeholder participation in values-led and research supported design processes. In 2010 she completed an M.Sc. in Historic Conservation at Oxford-Brookes University. Her research focus on the design of heritage sites for diverse audiences in the Canadian context concluded that material conservation is dependent on values based choices of interpretation and program implementation. Professional strengths include architectural design, building science, historic site analysis, feasibility studies, programming, visitor experience planning and construction documents.
