Biography Scott Bailey is a licensed architect with extensive experience in all stages of building analysis, planning, design, contract documentation, and project administration for additions, renovations and new buildings. He has worked on projects in both the private and public sectors, often working to marry historic buildings with new construction. He grew up in Montreal and graduated from the Carleton University School of Architecture with a 5 year Professional Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 2001, and had the immediate good fortune to be accepted through Rooftops Canada as an intern for the Built Environment Support Group , where he spent a year living in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. Upon his return to Canada, he had the privilege of working with some amazing architectural firms in Toronto, including G. Bruce Stratton Architects , Natale and Scott Architects , and Larkin Architect . In 2010 he moved just outside of Milford, where he co-founded the Prince Edward County branch office of ERA Architects . He established Branch Architecture in 2015. Scott is past Chair of the Saint Lawrence Valley Society of Architects and a part time lecturer at Loyalist College’s Architecture Technology Program.
