Resumé

Biography A historian with a background in cultural institutions and higher education communications/journalism, Sarah King Head worked in municipal, local and regional heritage and historical organisations since 2010. Activities range from heritage property/cultural landscape assessment to education initiatives throughout southern Ontario but principally in the Niagara region. Current published research includes the Beaverdams-DeCew heritage corridor and the Scottish-born contractor-engineer-entrepreneur John Brown. Named Honorary Historian by the City of Thorold in 2015 for her work with Heritage Thorold LACAC, she was accepted as a full Professional member of CAHP in 2019.
