Biography Samuel has been employed with Donald Luxton & Associates since his graduation from the University of Calgary in 2011, where he received his undergraduate degree in Geography. Formerly working from the firm's Calgary branch for several years, Samuel is now based out of their Vancouver office, where he continues to provide his exceptional strengths in historical research and project management. Always cultivating his knowledge in both the heritage planning and technical conservation fields, Samuel continues to produce Heritage Assessments, Statements of Significance, Conservation Plans, and Context Statements for a wide range of public and private clients. In 2016, he obtained the University of Victoria's Graduate Professional Certificate in Cultural Heritage Studies.
