Samantha Irvine

Biography Samantha Irvine is a trained lawyer and heritage consultant who focuses on adaptive reuse and the sensitive integration of new development with culturally significant buildings, neighbourhoods and landscapes. She has a special interest in the role that heritage plays in city-building and in committed to creating opportunities for historic buildings to enrich sustainable development. Samantha has worked for private and public sector clients and with multi-disciplinary teams on projects in urban, peri-urban and rural settings. She has extensive experience with complex planning approvals, heritage conservation districts and community engagement.
