Biography Michael Seaman, MCIP, RPP is Program Manager for Heritage Planning for the City of Toronto. Previously he was Director of Planning for the Town of Grimsby where he also led the Economic Development portfolio; He was also a manager of Heritage Planning with the Town of Oakville, and a Senior Heritage Planner with the City of Markham and Town of Aurora. All four communities were winners of the Prince of Wales Prize for Municipal Heritage Leadership. Michael is contributing editor for heritage for the Ontario Planning Journal and previously served as Chair of the Board of Governors and Ontario Governor on the Board of the National Trust for Canada, Chair of the Brampton Heritage Board, Chair of the Lincoln Heritage Committee and President of the Brampton Historical Society.
