Biography Marybeth McTeague RIBA, BSc Architecture, Diploma Architecture, BA Hon. Art History, MA + MPhil Architectural History and Theory is an architect and an architectural historian. She currently works as an independent heritage consultant undertaking research and evaluation for properties with potential cultural heritage value. From 2009-2022 she worked with Heritage Planning at the City of Toronto undertaking heritage property identification, research and documentation; municipal heritage inventories, heritage property designation, and heritage area studies. Previously she worked with the Ontario Heritage Trust as a Capital Projects Manager and as an instructor in the Department of Architectural Science at Toronto Metropolitan University. She practiced in London England where her work focused on the rehabilitation and adaptation of heritage properties. Research, articles and conference papers have focused on both historic and contemporary architectural issues.
