Leah Wallace

Biography Leah Wallace, MA MCIP RPP provides consulting services in cultural heritage resource conservation to private and public sector clients. She is familiar with relevant Provincial legislation including the Ontario Heritage Act and the Planning Act. She provides expert testimony at tribunals including the Ontario Land Tribunal. Currently she specializes in such cultural heritage planning services as cultural heritage impact assessments, peer reviews and property assessments in preparation for designation under the Ontario Heritage Act.
