Biography Judith Mosley is a Senior Heritage Planner with the City of New Westminster. She has a BA in History from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Conservation of Historic Buildings from the University of Bath, UK. From 2013 until 2021, Judith was Executive Director of Vancouver Heritage Foundation, advancing the organization’s mandate to promote the appreciation and conservation of heritage places in the city through educational programming, online information resources and granting. New initiatives included a homeowner’s guide to building code requirements, award-winning grant programs and interactive web resources, and innovative virtual events during the coronavirus pandemic.
