Biography Jeanie Gartly is a heritage conservation consultant with 30-years’ experience in heritage, urban design, and planning. She has engaged, led, and delivered heritage conservation projects such as heritage management plans/programs, inventories, municipal/provincial designations, condition assessments, and conservation plans for adaptive re-use in public, private, and non-profit sectors. She has a Master of Architecture (Montana State University); Master of Environmental Design-Planning (University of Calgary); and Urban Design, Industrial Heritage, and Downtown Revitalization through Heritage Conservation certificates.
