Biography James Bailey's architectural practice assists institutional clients (including municipalities, school and library boards, churches) in the assessnment, preservation and effective utilization of buildings. Past work includes condition audits, restoration and utilization master plans, the design/tendering/project management of building repairs, building code upgrades, adaptive reuse projects and architecturally sympathetic additions. James Bailey Architect offers a full range of architectural services from feasibility studies, through conceptual design to project management. A long involvement with heritage has provided the qualifications to undertake heritage impact assessments related to projects with Metro Toronto as well as in the Regions of Peel and York.
