She holds diplomas in Heritage Conservation (Willowbank School of Restoration Arts), Municipal Planning and Development (Mohawk College), and Legal Administrative Assistant (Johnson Business Academy). Elaine has over a decade of experience in municipal heritage planning, most recently focusing on historical research, analysis, and the interpretation of properties for their potential designation as significant cultural heritage landscapes. She is the award-winning author of numerous Heritage Impact Assessments, Cultural Heritage Evaluation Reports, and Conservation Plans.
