Biography David Edgar has worked as a masonry conservator, stone carver and restoration stonemason for almost 20 years. After graduating from Weymouth College, England, he trained and worked on many important Listed Buildings, including the Cathedrals of Salisbury, Winchester, Manchester and Sheffield. As Head Conservator for RJW-Gem Campbell Inc., David oversaw all hands-on conservation work on the West Block Project, Parliament Hill, Ottawa, before forming David Edgar Conservation Ltd. In 2017. He has lectured on the subject of masonry conservation at various universities and conferences.
