Current work involves Heritage Evaluation Studies (is this heritage and why?), Heritage Impact Assessments (how will proposed work affect an existing property), and Peer Reviews. Dan serves as an expert witness for municipalities appearing before the Conservation Review Board. As an historic buildings specialist he also provides municipalities with design input during the review stages of heritage related proposals.
