Carlos Morell

Biography My work has included restoration, adaptive re-use and new projects linked to heritage. I have worked in all phases of the project and construction, and my work has covered diverse historical buildings such as residential, religious and governmental. My restoration approach and techniques are based on international restoration standards and in construction technologies focused in the rehabilitation of buildings and its context through an extensive knowledge and diagnosis of pathologies in masonry (stone, brick, etc.), wooden-roof, foundations and decorative finishes including wood carving and gilding.
