Overview

City Of Toronto

Experience

Since 2002 I have worked as the Project Manager for the City of Toronto's Archaeological Management Plan study; a cross divisional planning initiative. Areas of responsibility include providing technical advice to other levels of government, external agencies, First Nations representatives, and City staff on aspects of archaeological resource management. I provide archaeological input into various City initiatives including precinct plans, secondary plans, park management plans, heritage conservation district studies and divisional guidelines on archaeological resource management. With a background in both archaeology and museum studies, my prior heritage experience includes over 25 years working in the cultural sector in the roles of museum curator/administrator and as a museums based educator.
