Penny Young, Heritage Planner/Archaeologist, has been involved in cultural heritage management, land use planning and archaeology with provincial and municipal governments, local historical sites and archaeological consulting firms since 1986. She is a heritage planner with the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport (MTCS) and has worked in the cities of Burlington, Brampton and Mississauga. Prior to that, she was a regional archaeologist at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and managed the registered archaeological sites database at MTCS. Her MA and BA are from McMaster University.
