Nicolas Bogaert joined MHBC in 2004 and has been providing planning services for a variety of private and public sector clients since that time. As a member of MHBCs Cultural Heritage Section, he has gained expertise in cultural heritage planning projects, such a heritage conservation district studies (in Guelph, Meaford, Port Stanley, and Toronto), heritage impact assessments, and cultural heritage landscape assessments. He was also part of the team who recently completed preparation and implementation of the Downtown Oakville Heritage Conservation District. Nick is also the current volunteer chairperson of the Heritage Wilmot Advisory Committee.
