Marc Cét has worked for more than 30 years a project manager in the restoration and conservation of masonry structures in Canada and Europe. He has spent the past 29 years dedicated to the maintenance of the parliamentary precinct buildings in Ottawa. Marcs expertise as a project manager of building envelopes includes the assembly of solid masonry walls, steel structures, dimensional stones, terracotta units, burned clay bricks and other masonry elements. In addition he possesses an extensive technical knowledge regarding the use of flashings, slate and copper roofs and stained glass. Among other things, Marc has also played a role as supervisor of restoration work on various WW1 battlefields in Europe, including Vimy Ridge.
