Archaeological assessments of historic and industrial properties since 1981. Recent projects include investigations of the 1859 waterworks at the Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology (Hamilton, Ontario), 1910 vessel in the Railway Lands (Toronto), and a woollen mill at the Balls Falls Conservation Area. Masters of Industrial Archaeology, University of Birmingham (England); heritage assessments of landscapes and built/archaeological resources since 1981; particular expertise in assessments of industrial properties and historic hazardous waste sites. Recent projects include waste assessment of former railway tie plant (Carcross, Yukon), heritage assessment of Highway 407 (Pickering, Ont.), ammonia refrigeration compressor (Toronto), and the Sturgis hydroelectric dam (Sturgis, Michigan).
