She deals with development applications involving heritage resources and develops planning policies, zoning by-laws and urban design guidelines that involve cultural heritage buildings and landscapes. Anne also writes and reviews reports relating to heritage resources (Heritage Impact Assessments, Conservation Plans, Mothballing Plans etc.) and has experience of organizing, hosting and participating in public meetings and workshops involving heritage conservation districts, downtown revitalization and character areas.
