OHA+M (Ontario Heritage Act and more) Heritage Policy Blog

The blog OHA+M was created by Dan Schneider, former senior policy advisor with the Ontario culture ministry, as a public resource and forum for understanding and exploring heritage policy issues In Ontario. Founded in February 2015, on the 40th anniversary of the passage of the Ontario Heritage Act, the blog features a wide range of scholarly articles and more informal posts. With over 60 postings to date and 400-500 page views a month, the blog has become a respected vehicle and source for heritage education, awareness and scholarship. In recognition of OHA+M’s success, the University of Waterloo Heritage Resources Centre and Dan Schneider have recently signed an MOU for future collaboration on the blog.
